Refund Policy

We want billing to be clear and predictable. This page explains when refunds are available.

1. Subscription Charges

  • Subscriptions renew automatically by default until canceled.
  • You can cancel any time from your billing portal. Scheduled cancellations stay active through the paid period.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate or clearly accidental charges are eligible for review and correction.
  • If a billing issue is caused by platform error, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
  • Where required by law, statutory consumer rights apply.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial usage within an active billing period is generally non-refundable.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal may result in a non-refundable renewal charge unless legally required otherwise.

4. How to Request a Refund
