We want billing to be clear and predictable. This page explains when refunds are available.
1. Subscription Charges
- Subscriptions renew automatically by default until canceled.
- You can cancel any time from your billing portal. Scheduled cancellations stay active through the paid period.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate or clearly accidental charges are eligible for review and correction.
- If a billing issue is caused by platform error, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
- Where required by law, statutory consumer rights apply.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial usage within an active billing period is generally non-refundable.
- Failure to cancel before renewal may result in a non-refundable renewal charge unless legally required otherwise.
4. How to Request a Refund
