InsightCards helps users capture web content, structure it with AI assistance, and sync selected results to Notion.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You are responsible for account security and all actions under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle unless canceled.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your billing portal at any time.
• Plan changes and cancellations are processed according to the current billing period rules.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, malware distribution, or unlawful scraping.
• Do not upload or process illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.

5. Data and Integrations

You authorize InsightCards to access connected third-party services (such as Notion) only to provide requested features. You can disconnect integrations at any time.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightCards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
